Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email bumpoutdoor@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If your order has been already checked out, you are not able to cancel or make changes.
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via bumpoutdoor@gmail.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to North America. We do not deliver to any address in a country or region in which there is a war, conflict, or instability of any kind, or to places to which it is illegal for BUMP Outdoor to deliver to (for example when there is a trade embargo).
How much does shipping cost?
We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $199.
Otherwise, Standard Shipping is $15.99 at checkout. Express Shipping is $35.99 at checkout.
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
How can I return my order?
Please email bumpoutdoor@gmail.com and state the following:
- Order Number
- Reasons for Return
a. Didn't suit me
b. Wrong / Defect Product (Please include pictures)
c. Not what I was expecting
d. Other Reasons

When will I receive my refund?
Processing a refund usually takes up to 7 business days after we have received the returned item(s). If you have any problem, please feel free to contact with us under bumpoutdoor@gmail.com
